We agree the records, fields, access and calculations before building. A dashboard does not make incomplete data accurate and does not automatically connect to your bank, accounting system or every app you use.
Walk through an illustrative dashboard
- Start with the overview: identify new customer records, product additions and recorded enquiries for the sample period.
- Compare enquiry activity with unresolved requests. A count tells you what is recorded; it does not prove a lead converted.
- Review sample income and expenses separately from cash flow. Tracked profit and settled cash measure different things.
- For spreadsheet imports, map the fields, validate the rows and review a preview before committing records.
How we scope and deliver the work
- Map one useful workflow. Explain who enters records, who reviews them, and what action a summary should support. Use anonymised sample data for the first discussion.
- Agree fields and boundaries. Confirm calculations, import formats, roles, integrations and any migration work in the written scope.
- Review the configured workspace. Check realistic examples, error messages and the important journeys together. Every plan includes one consolidated review before launch.
- Handover and care. Confirm access, ongoing support and the export or handover arrangements before operating with live business data.

There is no setup fee for the published plans. Domain registration and approved third-party services are separate. Custom integrations, data migration and new features must be agreed before work starts; they are not an unlimited entitlement.
Questions before you start
Is this the same as the website content editor?
No. The editor changes website text, photos and contact information. The data dashboard is for the agreed customer, product and business-record workflow.
Can you use my existing CSV or Excel data?
Share an anonymised sample and explain the fields. We confirm import mapping, validation and any cleanup or migration work in scope. Do not assume every spreadsheet can be imported unchanged.
Does it replace accounting software?
Financial tracking in the demo illustrates record summaries. Bookkeeping, tax filing, statutory reports and integrations need their own requirements; the demo is not a claim of accounting compliance.
Can you serve a business outside India?
Yes. We work remotely worldwide. Confirm the time zone, currency, payment arrangements and delivery requirements in your written quote.
