- Update your own content. Edit approved text, photos and contact details in the admin editor. Review a change before publishing it.
- Publish with a recovery path. Save and publish changes yourself, or restore a previous published website version when needed.
- Keep the service running. Hosting, HTTPS and essential maintenance follow the agreed monthly plan. Report outages through the agreed support channel.
- Scope additional work. New features, integrations and work outside the agreed scope are quoted before they begin.

Every plan includes hosting, HTTPS, an admin content editor and one consolidated pre-launch review. New features are scoped and quoted first. These are the published plan boundaries; confirm your exact needs in the agreement.
Website versions and data backups are different
Restoring a previous published website version can recover an earlier presentation of your site. It is not a promise to restore every customer record, mailbox, uploaded file or third-party system. Website media storage is 6 GB, 15 GB or 50 GB depending on the plan; email, video hosting and data backups are separate from that allowance.
Before launch, agree which data needs backing up, who is responsible, the retention period and how a restore would be tested. Do not treat a website-version history as a complete business backup.
You keep ownership
Your domain, approved content, contact details and business accounts remain yours. AyrLabs connects and supports them. An export and handover path is provided at the recorded service-end date, subject to third-party licences. Keep access to the accounts you own and agree the handover scope in writing.
Cancel anytime to stop the next renewal. Service continues to the end of the paid period. Payments are non-refundable except where required by law. Domain and approved third-party fees are separate; renewal pricing is confirmed before payment.
A practical monthly review
- Check that opening hours, service details and contact information are still correct.
- Test the main enquiry route with your team and confirm where enquiries arrive.
- Review important pages on a phone after content changes.
- Check who has account access and whether any agreed backup or handover requirements have changed.
- Raise new functionality as a scoped request instead of assuming it is routine maintenance.
Common questions
Will you make unlimited content changes?
No. All plans include a self-service editor. Starter covers outage support only. Additional work follows the agreed plan and is scoped before it begins.
Is a domain included in the monthly fee?
Domain registration and renewal are separate, as are approved third-party services. Hosting and HTTPS are included.
Can I restore an older website version?
Yes, the editor supports restoring a previously published website version. Confirm separate recovery arrangements for business data and external services.
Do maintenance or SEO services guarantee rankings?
No. Useful content, working pages and search foundations support discovery, but indexing, rankings, AI citations and leads are not guaranteed.
