| Delivery | 15.00 |
| Proposed total | 165.00 |
What to check before you export
- This tool generates a document labelled PROFORMA INVOICE. It does not issue a payment receipt or verify that a document satisfies local tax or customs rules.
- Amounts use the selected currency’s supported decimal precision; no exchange-rate conversion is performed.
- Review required business identifiers, terms and font rendering before sharing. Use an appropriate final invoice process when needed.
Frequently asked questions
Is a proforma invoice proof of payment?
No. It describes proposed charges. It does not confirm that money has been received.
Can I use any currency in the list?
Yes. Choose the agreed currency and enter prices in that currency. Check the total and rounding; changing the selection does not convert the entered numbers.
Is there a blank proforma invoice template?
Yes. The workspace offers a blank printable PDF as well as a filled-out PDF generator.
