How to use this tool
- Enter a shipment or order reference and the sender and recipient details. Use the separate address fields to keep delivery information readable.
- Add each item with its description, SKU and quantity. Compare the list with the items actually going into this shipment.
- Review the document and download the PDF. For a paper workflow, download the blank packing-slip template and complete it separately.
Example: a shipment with two product lines
Keep each distinct SKU on its own line. A quantity of three means three units of that SKU, not three cartons unless the description explicitly says so. For a partial shipment, include only the items in this package and identify the shipment reference clearly.
| Description | SKU | Quantity |
|---|---|---|
| Notebook — ruled | NB-001 | 3 |
| Pen set — blue | PEN-020 | 2 |
What to check before you export
- The packing slip focuses on quantities and shipment contents; it is not a payment request.
- Check quantities, address and reference before printing. The generator does not verify delivery addresses or track shipments.
- Use a separate invoice or proforma document for pricing. Generated PDF fonts may not render every writing system correctly; inspect the downloaded file.
