How to use this tool
- Enter the purchase order reference, date, buyer details and supplier address. Choose the currency used for the order.
- List the requested products or services with quantities and agreed unit prices. Enter the delivery address separately from the billing details.
- Check quantities, totals and delivery information against the supplier’s offer. Export the PDF for your purchasing process.
Example: ordering two kinds of stock
An order for 12 units at 8 and five units at 20 has a subtotal of 196 before any discount, tax or shipping. Use sufficiently specific descriptions so the supplier can distinguish sizes, finishes or pack sizes. Keep the same PO reference in related correspondence.
| Item | Quantity | Unit price | Line amount |
|---|---|---|---|
| Storage tray — medium | 12 | 8.00 | 96.00 |
| Desk organiser — large | 5 | 20.00 | 100.00 |
What to check before you export
- This generator prepares a document; it does not send the order, reserve stock or confirm supplier acceptance.
- Verify addresses, agreed prices and delivery arrangements yourself.
- Tax and discount settings are manual. Review rounding and PDF text rendering before using the order in a purchasing workflow.
